Where is the Rodeo?

What time do gates open?

Gates to Fun Zone open at 4:30 PM daily July 19- 20, 22-24. Gates to rodeo arena open at 6:00 p.m. daily

How long does the Rodeo last?

The rodeo begins at 7:30 pm sharp and will last around 2.5 hours.

Can I make the train after the rodeo?

Yes, TRAX Green Line will be running.

What age child has to have a ticket?

Ages 2 & Older must have a ticket to attend. Children under the age of two (2) years old must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sight-lines of other guests.

If I have a digital voucher can I purchase additional seats next to our seats?

Yes, you can do that online or through the app at AXS tickets based on availability.

Where can I redeem my digital vouchers?

Digital Vouchers can be redeemed at axs.com. Just use the code on the voucher.

What time does the box office open?

Are there fireworks every night?

Yes, the Fireworks will be held on the south side of Fairpark after the rodeo nightly.

What side is best to sit on to avoid the sun?

Both the east and west sides have a roof covering. At the beginning of the rodeo the sun is at your back on the west side.

Which end are the bucking/roping chutes located on?

The bucking chutes are on the North end of the arena and the roping chutes are on the South end.

What does it cost to park?

Parking is $15.

What are the conceal and carry rules for the stadium?

Legal conceal and carry is allowed.

Can I bring food/drink/water bottles into the Arena?

No outside food or drinks are allowed. You are allowed 1 sealed 20 oz water bottle per person or an empty water bottled 20 oz or less

Can I leave tickets for will call?

Yes, at the box office onsite. Please note there will be a cost to do this.

How do I sign my child up for Mutton Bustin'?

Signups will be available on the Days of '47 website under the Event Info tab and Mutton Busting sometime in May. NOTE: ALL MUTTON BUSTERS MUST BE UNDER 50LBS AND BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3 AND 8. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Do I need a rodeo ticket to visit the Fun Zone?

No, entry is FREE to this area.

Can I bring my dog?

Only Registered Service Dogs are allowed.

Is there Handicapped Accessible seating/parking?

Yes, ADA seats are on a first come first serve basis. Please email ticketing@utahdaysof47rodeo.com for additional information.

Is a shuttle service available from the parking lot?

Not at this time.

Can I bring a purse?

Normal sized purses or diaper bags are allowed in but are subject to being searched. No backpacks allowed.

Can I bring a camera?

No professional cameras or lenses are allowed in the stands. Only cell phone and personal sized cameras are allowed.
